Upon arrival all guests must wash their hands before being serviced. Always go straight to the suite and knock at your appointment time so N.E.M The Brand knows you’ve arrived. Phones must be put away during service away from the service area. All guests must wear a mask the entire time you're in the building. Wearing a mask is a permanent requirement to be serviced at N.E.M The Brand. You must wear a real mask that provides protection. The mask can only be removed briefly if a service is being provided in that area. You will not be serviced without a mask. If you show up without a mask you may purchase one from N.E.M The Brand for $5 if available. If you are someone who cannot wear a mask for whatever reason, please do not book an appointment at N.E.M The Brand. It’s important that we’re both comfortable. If you show up without a mask and none are available for purchase, you will not be serviced and you will lose your deposit. If you show up sick or show any signs of being sick you will not be serviced and will lose your deposit. If you have allergies please do everything you can to have them under control. N.E.M The Brand can not tell the difference and will have you reschedule your appointment if it appears that you are sick. N.E.M The Brand will be checking every guest with a handheld thermometer to make sure you don’t have a fever of 100.4 or higher. If you have a fever of 100.4 or higher you will not be serviced & will lose your deposit. You can book another appointment at a later date (14 days minimum). The goal is to keep everyone safe and to be considerate of everyone. No one wants to get sick no matter what the sickness may be.
All services require a deposit. You must pay your deposit the day that you book. Once we decide on the day, time & service(s), an invoice will be sent to the email you provide. You‘ll have 15 minutes to pay your deposit or it will be canceled with no appointment scheduled. $2.50 of your deposit does not go towards your service. All deposits are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred for any reason. Your deposit goes towards the specific service, date and time you booked for. If anything changes for whatever reason the deposit is gone.
N.E.M. The Brand has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. Your deposit is not refundable or transferable. Canceling 24 hours prior to your appointment does not prevent loss of deposit. It prevents additional fees. Addition fees will be applied if you’re booked for 45 minutes and up. A 45 minute or longer appointment typically will consist of multiple services and or a service that takes a significant amount of time (Ex: facials). The fee starts at $15 and can increase up to $25 for appointments scheduled to last one hour or more if you don’t cancel 24hours prior.
If you’re booked for an hour or longer and you decide to not get all of the services you booked for, please notify N.E.M The Brand 24 hours prior to your appointment. You will be charged an additional $15 unless you notify N.E.M The Brand 24 hours prior. The goal is to prevent unnecessary inconvenient scheduling gaps and significant losses.
You are are responsible for keeping up with your appointment. Confirmation texts/calls are a courtesy not a requirement. If you don’t receive a confirmation text/call for whatever reason, you are still responsible for keeping up with your appointment and making any changes to your appointment within the appropriate timeframe if necessary.
If you decide to cancel your appointment be sure that’s what you want to do. To avoid as much loss as possible, the goal is to always try to fill last minute cancellations if possible. If the appointment you cancelled gets booked by someone else, you can’t later decide that you want to keep the appointment after initially canceling.
Please make every effort to be on time for your appointment. If you’re more than five minutes late it’s a strong possibility we’ll have to reschedule your appointment. If you’re late and N.E.M The Brand is able to take you, you’ll be charged a late fee of $12 for the inconvenience. Everyone’s time is valued and respected at N.E.M The Brand. No ones appointment should be affected by the previous appointment. If you’re late & scheduled for an hour or more, you will be charged $15 for your late fee if N.E.M The Brand is still able to take you but no longer able to provide all the services you originally booked.
If you don't call or show up for your scheduled appointment you will be required to pay a fee of $35. You must call before your appointment to cancel. If you call on or after your scheduled appointment time to cancel, that is considered a “no call no show”.
Do not bring any extra people with you in the building. Due to the personal nature of our services, sanitation and limited space, N.E.M The Brand does not allow children or extra people. For sanitation and limited space purposes no food, drinks, laptops extra bags etc. are allowed.
If you are under the age of 18 you must have your legal guardian present for consent although they won’t be in the suite during the service.
It is your responsibility to read the information provided here on the website and consult with your doctor to make sure you’re a candidate for G Steaming. Ask any questions you may have before booking this service.
If you must cancel your G Steam appointment you must cancel in advance. You must cancel 24 hours prior to avoid fees. The G steam is prepared the day of your appointment but before your actual appointment so that it’s ready when you walk in. It’s not prepared during your appointment. If you cancel or change your mind the day of your appointment for any reason, you’ll be charged for the full service for the waste of products.
