Upon arrival please wash your hands before being serviced. After washing your hands always go straight to the suite and knock on the door at your appointment time so N.E.M The Brand knows you’ve arrived. Phones must be put away during service away from the service area. All guests must wear a mask. Wearing a mask is a permanent requirement to be serviced at N.E.M The Brand. Guests must wear a real mask that provides protection. The mask can only be removed briefly if a service is being provided in that area. We will not service you without a mask. If you show up without a mask you may purchase one from N.E.M The Brand for $5 if available. Please check in advance for availability if you need to purchase one from us. If you are someone who cannot wear a mask, please do not book an appointment at N.E.M The Brand. It’s important that everyone is comfortable. If you show up sick or show any signs of being sick we will not be able to service you. N.E.M The Brand will be checking every guest with a handheld thermometer to make sure you don’t have a fever of 100.4 or higher. If you have a fever of 100.4 or higher we will not be able to service you. The goal is to keep everyone safe and to be considerate of everyone. N.E.M The Brand would never service anyone while being sick and would make the necessary adjustments for the inconvenience and or refund the guests immediately if we’re unable to work due to sickness.
All services require a deposit. Once we decide on the day, time & service(s), a deposit invoice is sent to the email you provide. From there you‘ll have 15 minutes to pay your deposit or it’ll cancel with no appointment scheduled. Your deposit will be $20.00 unless you're booking multiple services or anything that'll take longer than an hour (Ex: Facial). You'd then pay half or 60% of the total for your deposit. If what you’re booking is under $20.00 you’ll pay the full amount. $2.50 is added to all card transactions and deposits for Square. All deposits are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred for any reason. Your deposit goes towards the specific service(s), date and time you booked for. If anything changes on your behalf for whatever reason you lose the deposit.
If you need to cancel your appointment please give us the courtesy of notifying us 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Confirmation texts/calls are a courtesy. If you don’t receive a confirmation text/call, you are still responsible for keeping up with your appointment and making any changes to your appointment within the appropriate time frame if necessary.
If N.E.M The Brand has to cancel your appointment at no fault to you, we will do our best to accommodate you with options. A refund of your deposit is always an option. We do not keep anyone’s money if we are at fault.
Please make every effort to be on time for your appointment. If you’re more than five minutes late it’s a strong possibility we’ll have to reschedule your appointment. If you’re late and N.E.M The Brand is able to still service you, you’ll be charged a late fee of $12 for the inconvenience. Everyone’s time is valued and respected at N.E.M The Brand. No ones appointment should be affected by the previous appointment.
If you don't call or show up for your scheduled appointment you will be required to pay a fee of $35. You must call before your appointment to cancel. If you call on or after your scheduled appointment time to cancel, that is considered a “no call no show”.
Due to the personal nature of our services, sanitation and limited space, N.E.M The Brand does not allow children or extra people to accompany the guest receiving service(s). For sanitation and limited space purposes no food, drinks, laptops, extra bags etc. are allowed.
If you are under the age of 18 you must have your legal guardian present for consent although they won’t be in the suite during the service.

This is the only service that has to be paid in full upfront when booking.
