Hair length should be 1/4 of an inch or the length of a grain of rice for removal. Allow your hair to grow for 3-4 weeks for hair removal services. Best results are guaranteed when the hair has been growing out for 3-4 weeks. The longer the better! Don‘t trim!
Exfoliate 2-3 times a week.
If you're on your cycle make sure to wear a tampon, disc or cup for bikini services. Taking pain relief medication 30 minutes prior is recommended.
If you're sensitive in general or it’s your first time waxing/sugaring, taking pain relief medication 30 minutes prior to your appointment will help take the edge off.
Chemical Peel Vajacial/Brozacial Tips & Recommendations:
Little to no hair is required for the peel.
You can’t get a peel if you’re taking medication for acne.
You can’t get a peel if you have keloids.
If you have a lot of bumps & or ingrown hairs, book an ingrown hair removal session a week before your peel.
No cleansing for 24 hours.
No touching.
Exfoliate 5 days after your peel.
No direct sun exposure, sexual activity, working out, or anything that would cause excessive sweating & or friction for 4 days after your peel.
Moisturize daily with light oils after cleansing.
G Steam
Do not steam during menstrual cycle. Only before and after.
Do not steam while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Check with your doctor to see when you can safely G Steam if you've just had a baby or miscarage.
If you have two menstrual cycles a month G Steaming isn't recommended but is still possible. Check with your doctor for approval.
G Steaming with an IUD isn't recommend but is still possible. Check with your doctor for approval.
You may notice discharge after G Steam due to the cleansing effect.
Cramping afterwards is a sign your body is trying to remove old build up.
If you develop a headache after steaming you may be dehydrated.
If you develop an infection after steaming, that is a sign that your body is trying to clean out irregular mucus. In this case 2-3 more immediate steams are recommended.
